PAYMENT OPTIONS Our office payment policy is as follows: Patient portion is due at the time of service. We do offer a 5% cash discount to patients when balance is paid in full after treatment has been completed. We also offer a 90 days same as cash option however we do not carry account balances over 90 days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover Cards. We also accept dental insurance although we are not a provider for all insurance companies. You may contact your insurance company for a list of providers in your area.
